Mr. Santiago attended Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois where he double-majored in Economics and Political Science in 1993. Subsequently, he attended The University of Michigan Law School in Ann Arbor, Michigan – a top 10 law school — where he earned his J.D. in 1996.
